4/01/11  LID (Log In Date)

3/30/11  Dossier received at CCAA in China

3/24/11 DTC (Dossier to China)

3/23/11  Complete Dossier now at the agency! 

3/22/11  Received I-797 and UPS to CCAI

3/18/11  Courier picked up I-797 and mailed to me

3/17/11  Courier took I-797 to Embassy

3/16/11  Courier received I-797

3/15/11 I-797 certified and mailed to Courier service

3/14/11 mailed notarized I-797 for certification

              sent mail to courier regarding I-797

3/12/11  I-797 arrived in mail

3/11/11  Pre-Approval (PA) received from China

3/7/11  Letter of Intent (LOI) to China

             I-797 approved

3/2/11  Child Referral today!

2/14/11 Fingerprinted in Charleston, WV

2/4/11  Mailed off dossier to CCAI (except I-797) 

2/1/11 Received all documents-Certified and Authenicated 

1/20/11 Mailed off forms to my courier for authenication 

1/17/11 Mailed off 12 documents for certification 

1/10/11  Sent of I-800A form to USCIS

                Notarized all the paperwork for dossier

1/8/11  Received finalized homestudy in the mail

1/5/11  Homestudy APPROVED

12/22/10 Draft of the homestudy emailed to us.

12/6/10 Last needed documents arrived in the mail. 

11/22/10 Last homestudy visit...done at our house

 11/8/10  Dr. appts and immunizations today

               Got marriage license copy at Circuit Court Clerk

11/7/10  Dad worked for 2 days to complete the online courses,  Yeah!

10/29/10 Mom began online adoption courses. 5 more to go!

10/28/10  FLS faxed agency agreement

                  Dossier Guide arrived in email

10/21/10  CCAI received 1st payment...waiting on FLS

      to send agency agreement so I can get the dossier guide

10/20/10 3rd home study--one more to go!!!!

10/19/10 Fingerprinted at local jail

                 Purchased a van to hold a family of 5

10/18/10 2nd home study with FLS

                 More forms given to FLS

10/15/10 CCAI approved our application

10/11/10  CCAI receives application

                  Application and forms given to FLS

                  Began home study with FLS, 3 more to go

                  Passports arrived!

10/7/10    Application to CCAI sent

9/29/10    Applications for passports sent off

                 Photos at the post office were completed
